The Surveyor, a Louisiana heron, looks over the Louisiana swamp, watching his habitat, ever watchful in his peaceful and serene environment, not realizing his home is soon to be destroyed by black muck, oil creeping into the Louisiana swamp from the British Petroleum oil spill in the Gulf.
