Oysters on the half-shell and our local Abita Amber beer just go together! I used to have a Dixie with my seafood - and Katrina destroyed that. The Dixie plant was irreversibly damaged. We still have Abita Amber, but, due to the oil spill in the Gulf, we have lost the oysters!
