I paint primarily in oil on canvas, with emphasis on the vibrancy, color and light of southern Louisiana. Throughout the painting process, in addition to accurately rendering the scene, my mind is filled with the feel of the French Quarter street or the bayou - the sounds, smells and "vibrations" of the scene in my painting. I attempt to convey these emotions through my painting. My hope is that as you look at the painting through the years, you don't just remember the scene, you still "feel" the scene!

All paintings are stretched linen or cotton canvas, on wooden stretcher bars, gallery-wrapped or framed with hanging hardware - ready to hang on your wall!
