"Grandpa" Elliott Small is a familiar sight to locals and visitors alike at the corner of Royal and Toulouse Streets in the French Quarter. The blind musician has anchored his "corner" in New Orleans for years - to the absolute enjoyment of everyone!

This painting was an award winner at the Pirate's Alley Juried Art Show at French Quarter Fest 2009.
