Alley Jazz depicts one of the many street musicians in the French Quarter, entertaining us with his music in the hopes that we will drop a dollar or two in his open case. This jazz musician is in Pirate's Alley, so named because legend has it that the pirate Jean Lafitte would meet his 'band of brothers' here. This story is not true; however, Pirates' Alley has become one of the most popular alleys in the Quarter.
